【abstract】the 21st century is a century based on marine economy which has already become an important part of the whole national economy. with its rapid development, uncertain factors which affect the sustainable development of marine economy are becoming more and more prominent. aiming to promote development of marine economy in a sound and rapid way, analyzes the factors that affecting safety and meanwhile brings up coping strategies and suggestions for the problems that lie in marine economic security.
