4展望

胞内质膜产生的ROS作为重要的第二信使参与多种信号分子生物学效应的启动。ROS/JNK信号通路是哺乳动物细胞中一条主要诱发细胞死亡(凋亡为主也包括坏死)的重要途径,但并非所有的ROS/JNK信号通路都指向细胞死亡,这可能与ROS激活JNK的途径等因素有关。ROS/JNK信号通路与KK/NF-κB、ERK等信号通路之间存在着大量的交叉对话,ROS和JNK之间也存在着多种相互影响,如ROS不一定是JNK的上游,ROS和JNK活化之间存在着正反馈机制。总之,ROS介导的JNK信号通路的网络调控相当复杂,不断深入研究ROS激活JNK的实现过程以及ROS/JNK与其他信号通路的交叉对话,将有助于阐明与之相关的某些疾病如肿瘤性疾病及某些慢性炎性疾病的发病机理,为这些疾病的治疗提供独特的视角[28]。
