Achievement is the coffee while wealth and fame are the cups and the personal satisfaction is the taste of that particular coffee. What my mother once said always rings in my ears: “money is not as fantastic as you think, you should never think too highly of it. Don’t be greedy, my son. As long as you are delightful and satisfied with the efforts you have made, that’s all you need.” Gradually, I came to feel the same way. However, in reality, many people are chasing wealth which results in the ignorance of the personal satisfaction and lose themselves in a variety of material temptations. Admittedly, the personal satisfaction is the best motivation and reward for our achievement. As far as I am concerned, those who hold a different attitude focus their time and energy on immediate interests and ignore long-term ones. And surely one day they will get tired with it, on account of which, they’ll lose the motivation in the end.
Such is human nature that material wealth often holds strong temptations to people. Nevertheless, we must be well aware that if the focus of our life is merely on wealth, how shallow we are and what is the difference between us and zombies?
Therefore, savor the coffee, not the cups! Don’t get lost in the cups, but enjoy the coffee instead.

在所有的活动中，给我印象最深的就是"过电网"这个项目。"电网"是由许多绳索编制成一个网状，每一张网的网洞每次只能过一个队员，大家不能过重复的网洞，一个团队需判八位队员友参加过"电网"项目，在规定时间内看哪个团队过网人员最多为胜利，过网中队员的任何部位都不能碰到"电网"，否则将退出"电网"再此过网，当大家看到"电网"的时候都议论纷纷，那么小的"电网"洞在不能碰到任何部位的情况下要过去一个人确实是很困难的。开始，大家也你一言我一语的出起主意来，可是规则是参加过"电网"的人才能帮忙，最后大家协商由几个参加过网队员抬着需过网的队员，先过去的人再在"电网"里面接应外面过网的人，失败再过，时间越来越少，二个团队的队员都在为自己的队员喊加油，有的队员跑到对方的"电网"场地观看过网是否有队员存在犯规，我过网时被几双大而有力的手抬住慢慢往"电网"送，一不小心我的手碰到了"电网"，裁判吹口哨需我从新来过，我当时非常紧张，怕自己再一次过不了而耽误我们团队的时间，这时一个同事说："过电网时整个身休必须保持僵硬。这样身体才不会碰到网。"我心想这次一定要过去，随后我再次被几个男同事抬住整个身体慢慢地过"电网"，我努力的绷紧全身肌肉，感觉自己的身体就像一根木棒一样，大约十多秒钟后，听到大家的欢呼声才使我知道自己终于过了电网。最终我们这组取得了这个项目的胜利。
这次户处拓展活动给我留下的深该的印象，得到的心里休会也非常多，认识了团队的巨大力量，也领悟了创新的重要，做事要先做好准备，再开展行动。这就是"磨刀不误砍柴工"的道理。
上周以公司名义组织了次团队活动，虽然进公司并不久(4个月)，能主持这次活动，感受颇多!总结出以下几点：
1.活动一定要计划全面，就算有一点疏漏，可能就会对本次活动产生负面影响(人性本就如此)
2. 活动一定要得公司领导得支持(某些人就是喜欢拍马屁)
3. 活动组织一定要全面，照顾所有人，让大家都参与(大家是来参加活动的，不是来当培训得)
4. 组织者一定要有大度得思想(总有人指这指哪，真正叫他组织，狗屎一堆(无任何偏见思维))
5. 坚信自己一定会成功组织公司活动(和业余活动一样得组织方式，不过需要照顾得更多)
总之：以后我还得努力，加强自己得组织能力，领导能力，坚信自己会在快乐中需找到成功。用平常心去看待每一件事情，快乐活到老，学到老。快乐并进步着。

4月14日早晨8点30，我们终于迎来了全公司所有同事的第一次集体出游。在共同努力了数月之后，第一集的制作终于接近尾声，大家的心情也有了些许的放松。虽然昨天雨下得非常欢快，但是丝毫不减大家出游的兴致。
