Abstract：Constructing"theBeltandRoad"isastrategicmoveproposedbytheCentralgovernmenttopro-moteindustrialtransformationandupgradingundertheeconomicnewnormal.Asanimportantareaofthestrategic

plan，Henanprovinceisofmanyadvantages，suchastheprominentlyconvenientregionaltransportation，thesolidfoundationofcooperatingwiththeindustriesandenergyindustriesrelatedwith"theBeltandRoad"，foreigntradeincreasing，theopenplatformimproving，theculturalexchangesbecomingcloserandcloser，andforeigninvest-mentsandoverseasM&Atransactionsmakingmoreprogress.Buttospeeduptheintegration，Henanprovincemustacceleratetheconstructionoflandandairtransportchannel，expandtheindustrialcooperation，extendthecoopera-tioninenergyresources，deepentheinteractioninculture，education，scienceandtechnology，healthcare，tourism，religionandotherfields，andactivelyapplyfortheestablishmentofChina﹙Henan﹚freetradeexperimentarea.
