所谓的具体化，是指物质名词和抽象名词在句中不是表示其一般意义，而是指具体的某一件事或某一个人，因此它们已从原本的不可数名词转化为可数名词。

This is an excellent wine.

The experiment turned out to be a failure.

In this field, Mike is a success.

５、表示其它意义：

（１）表示“一”，相当于“one”。

I will return in a day or two.

（２）表示“每”，相当于“per”或“every”。

We have three meals a day.

（３）表示“同一”，相当于“the same”。

The children are of an age.

（４）表示某一个，相当于“a certain”。

A Mr. Smith is asking to see you.

６、用在某些固定词组中

英语中含有名词的短语或词组，对冠词有其固定的要求，因此只能按要求使用冠词。 as a result, in a way, in a word, make a difference, in a hurry, make a living…
