Abstract：“ChineseDream”meansthat“toachievethegreatnationalrejuvenationwhichisthegreatestdreamfortheChinesenationinthefuture．”“ChineseDream”fullyreflectsthemeaningofculture，values，aswellasnationalityfromtheperspectiveofculturalsoftpower．Therefore，itisnecessarynotonlytostrengthenthecoun-shardpower“body”toachieve“ChineseDream”，butalsotoenhancethe“soul”ofculturalsoftpower．Thistry’

articlefocusesontheconstructionofculturalsoftpowerfromtheperspectiveof“ChineseDream”．Theconstructionpathsincludecarryingforwardfinetraditionalculturetoenhancethesourceofculturalsoftpower，adheringtothecorevaluesystemtoenhanceitsintegration，improvingthelayoutofculturaldevelopmenttoenhanceitsendogeny，anddefinitizingthedirectionofextensionaldevelopmenttoenhanceitsradiation．
