I’m quite in favor of the above idea. For a start, good teachers are regarded as the students’ friends and they’ll deal with the students’ problems fairly and equally. A good teacher should have a clear idea of what the students are thinking of and caring for. Besides, students rely on teachers and they should respect each other. Mutual understanding and experienced guidance from the teachers are also important.

In short, the harmonious and good relationship between teachers and students will make the students feel relaxed and easy in their study and growth, thus contributing to their development.
