ABSTRACT:Thestoragemodulusofpolypropyleneconsiderableincreasedafterheattreatment.Theeffectoftheheattreatmenttimeat110℃and130℃onthedynamicmechanicalbehaviorofaninjectedpolypropylenesamplewasstudied.TheincreaseofstoragemoduluswascausedbyincreasedcrystallinityasdemonstratedbyDSCmeasurementsforthesamesample.Butiftheheattreatmenttimewastoolong,thecrystallinityandthestoragemodulusweredecreasedbecauseofthedisentanglementofsomeweaklink.
