摘要：本文从项目投资评估与可行性研究的主要区别出发，提出了如何根据可研报告的结论进行分析判断，针对投资评估中盈利能力分析中应注意的各要点因素，快速获得满足投资评估所需要基本信息的方法，并结合案例说明了如何应用这种方法，为公路bot 项目盈利能力进行科学而迅速地决策提供参考。

abstract: this article sets out from project investment assessment and feasibility study of the main difference , put forward how to according to the feasibility study report of the conclusion of the analysis judgment, the investment evaluation of profitability analysis should pay attention to the key factors, rapid access to meet the investment need basic information method, and combining with a case to illustrate how to apply this method, provides reference for highway bot project profitability for scientific and rapid decision-making.
