摘要

配送作为物流活动中直接与消费者相连的环节，在企业的物流成本中，配送成本占了相当高的比例。配送线路安排的合理与否对配送速度、成本、效益影响很大，特别是多用户配送线路的确定更为复杂。

正确合理地安排车辆的配送线路，实现合理的线路运输，可以有效地节约运输时间，增加车辆利用率，从而降低运输成本，提高企业经济效益与客户服务水平，使企业达到科学化的物流管理, 这也是企业提高自身竞争力的有效途径之一。所以对于国美电器物流配送中心而言，采用科学、合理的方法来进行配送线路优化，是其物流配送中非常重要的一项活动。车辆路径问题将运筹学理论与管理实践紧密地结合在一起,是近半个世纪以来运筹学领域最成功的研究之一。

本文着重研究国美电器物流配送中心的物流配送车辆路径问题，并在结合配送路线的理论知识和实际情况的基础上，提出并建立科学合理的数学模型，通过节约里程法对其配送路线进行优化，找出最优配送方案。

Abstract

Distribution logistics activities directly connected with the consumer part of logistics costs, distribution costs account for a rather high percentage. Distribution line arrangement is reasonable or not the delivery speed, cost, benefit a great impact, especially the more complex multi-user distribution line.

Correct and reasonable arrangements for the distribution line of the vehicle, to achieve a reasonable line transport, and can effectively transport time savings, increased vehicle utilization, thereby reducing transportation costs and improving economic efficiency and customer service levels, enable enterprises to achieve scientific and logistics management, this is also one of the enterprises to improve their competitiveness effective way. So for the Gome logistics center, the use of scientific and rational approach to the delivery route optimization is a very important one in its logistics and distribution activities. Vehicle routing problem of operations research theory and management practice closely integrated with the operations research field is the most successful one of the studies in the past half a century.

This paper focuses on the the Gome logistics and distribution center logistics

vehicle routing problem, and on the basis of the combination of the distribution line of the theoretical knowledge and practical situation, and to establish a scientific and rational mathematical model, save mileage method of its delivery route optimization, finding the optimal distribution program.

引言

近年来,由于小批量、多批次的及时配送方式的发展,运输成本正在逐年上升,许多企业的运费已经超越了库存成本。正确合理地安排配送路线,已成为控制物流成本的主要措施。那么如何实现配送路线的优化呢？

现代企业已经普遍接受了一种观点,即在保证商品准时到达客户指定点的前提下,尽可能的减少运输的车次和运输的总路程，并须满足一定的约束条件，如货物需求量与发送量、车辆容量限制、行驶里程限制，从而力争实现一定的目标（行驶里程最短，使用车辆尽可能少）。在实际的配送作业中情况往往是复杂多变的，不仅存在配送点多、货物种类多、道路网复杂、路况多变等情况，而且运输服务地区内需求网点分布不均匀，也使得线路优化问题成为一个无确定解多项式难题，需要启发式算法来求得近似最优解。

本文以国美电器物流配送中心当前配送路线作为研究对象，对各分店需求量及运距进行分析计算，建立VRP数学模型，运用节约算法对建立的模型进行求解，对配送路线进行优化。从而为该公司提供较合理的配送方案，以期减少配送里程，降低物流运输成本，提高该公司物流运作效率，客户服务质量和整体竞争力。
