Step2 Presentation & Practice

1. Read, listen and chant

1) show the pictures of dog

T: What is this? S1: It’s a dog. T: How to spell it? S1: D-o-g, dog. Ask students what do you know? 闭音节 Review “Aa, Ee, Ii, Oo, Uu”

T： Yes, it’s yellow. Ow is \\au\\ ? 由此对话，得出ow的另一个发音：【?u】 ·学习认读单词：slow, snow, window 4)听录音，跟读单词 5) let’s chant

学习单词hot, sweet，delicious，fresh，healthy，并能用这些单词对一些食物进行简单的描述 教学难点：Healthy的发音较难掌握。

课前准备：单词卡片，Let’s chant和Let’s learn部分课件。 教学过程：

Step1 Warming up & Revision

1、Sing together

教师播放Let’s sing部分录音，学生跟唱歌曲，适当强调歌词中的语句Something sweet？的意思。

2、猜谜语

教师说几个关于食物的谜语让学生猜，并适时引出本课单词：

（1） It’s yummy to eat. It’s red and round. It’s sweet. We also learn a song about it. Do you know what is it? 学生说出apple, 然后大家一起唱apple tree

(2) They are a kind of fruit. They are round and small. Some of them are purple, some of them are green. What are they?

当学生回答出：They are grapes.时，教师说：Yes，they are grapes. Some grapes are sweet. Some are sour. Peaches are sweet, they are not sour. Lemons are sour, they are not sweet.让学生充分理解单词sweet和sour的意思。

(3) It is made of bread and ham. Its name begins with the letter as “ha”. What is it?

当学生说出hamburger时，教师说：Yes. Hamburgers are salty. Hot dogs are salty. Sandwiches are salty. 让学生感悟salty的意思.

Step2 Presentation & Practice

1、Let’s learn

（1） 教师出示白糖，说：Here’s some sugar. It’s ... 让学生说出sweet. 提示单词中的字母组合ee发[i：]。

（2） 出示冒着热气的汤和冰块，然后说：The soup is hot. The ice is cold. 引导学生说出hot有热和烫的意思。Cold有冷和冰的意思。

再次出示一些辣椒，然后说：They are red. They are hot,too.引导学生知道hot同样有辣的意思。

（3） 教师出示一根新鲜的黄瓜，问：What’s this? 学生回答：It’s a cucumber.

继续问：Is it salty？ Is it sour？ Is it sweet？并分别引导学生做出相应回答。

教师说：It’s a fresh cucumber.引导学生学习单词fresh. 让学生说说现在季节中有的新鲜的蔬菜和水果：?are fresh.

（4）教师出示一个西红柿，问：Is the tomato salty？Is it sweet？ Is it sour？Is it fresh？学生回答后，教师说：Tomatoes are healthy, too. Tofu is healthy. Mutton is healthy. Onions are healthy. 引导学生理解单词healthy的意思，带读单词，强调healthy中ea和th的发音，帮助学生准确掌握单词的读音。让学生说出一些对健康有益的食品：?is/are healthy. （5）出示一盘红烧鱼，T: I like fish. It’s yummy. It’s delicious. 引导学生学习单词delicious.

(6)听录音，跟读单词：fresh, healthy, delicious, hot, sweet. 2、look, write and say

1) 观察书上的四幅画，对画中事物进行简单的描述 2) 填一填，说一说

3) 师生核对，特别强调一线格上的格式

Step3 Extension & Consolidation 1、What’s your favourite food?

用问句对学生进行提问，让学生先不说出自己喜欢的食物的名称，用简单的英语进行简

短的描述，让大家猜一猜，猜错就说：no,猜对了就说：Yes, My favourite food is…然后用本节课所学的单词，对它进行描述 2、let’s sing

·出示歌词，认读单词 ·播放音乐，跟唱歌曲 3、finish the workbook
