模拟后坐离心环境对惯性点火器钟表机构工作时间的影响

摘要: 为揭示模拟后坐离心试验环境对某惯性点火器用于发射环境识别的钟表机构工作时间的影响,优化试验设计,用Adams建立该钟表机构工作过程仿真模型,得到其工作时间与离心半径和离心过载的关系曲线.钟表机构工作时间随离心过载的增大而单调增长;离心过载不变时,离心半径越大,钟表机构工作时间越接近模拟后坐环境下的工作时间. 关键词: 惯性点火器; 钟表机构; 过载; 模拟试验; 动力学仿真; 离心试验 中图分类号: TJ433.1 文献标志码: B

Abstract: To reveal the effect of centrifugal test environment of simulated recoil on the working-time of an inertia igniter clock mechanism which is used for launch environment
recognition, the test design is optimized, the simulation model of the clock mechanism working process is built by Adams, and the curves of clock mechanism working-time vs centrifugal radius and overload are obtained. The working-time of the clock mechanism monotonously increases with the increase of centrifugal overload; while the centrifugal overload is invariant, the larger centrifugal radius is, the closer the clock mechanism working-time is to the working-time under centrifugal environment of simulated recoil.
