设计初期共准备了三个方案，通过方案论证筛选出了最合适的一种方案，其设计新颖，结构合理，施工方便是所选方案最主要的优点。建筑设计满足了以下要求：⑴满足建筑功能要求；⑵采用合理的技术措施；⑶具有良好的经济效果；⑷考虑建筑美观要求；⑸符合总体规划要求。在设计中对楼的平面功能做综合分析，以便达到最合理的空间组合，使其满足要求。运用天正软件绘制建筑物的平、立、剖面图，并把这几个面之间有机的联系起来。结构计算采用结构电算和手工计算相结合，电算为主，手算为辅。借助广厦计算软件，大大减少了计算量，提高了运算速度。首先进行手工计算，完成荷载计算；电算开始，完成楼板，次梁的计算，楼板配筋，梁表施工图。

通过几个月的设计，最后得到2张平面图，1张立面图，一张剖面图，一张楼板配筋图。

Building part must meet function of use is safe to favorable to structure, meet building industrialized request, Must pay attention to being beautiful. Design and prepare three scheme altogether initial stage, prove and screen the most suitable kind of scheme through the scheme, Its is novel in design, the structure is rational, it is mains merit of schemes selected that it is convenient that construct. The architectural design has met the following requests: ⑴Meet the function request of the building ; ⑵Adopt the rational technological measure; ⑶Have good economic results; ⑷Consider that the building is required beautifully ; ⑸Accord with the overall planning request. Plane function in the building made and analyses synthetically in design, in order to reach the most rational space association, Make it meet the demands. Use the straight software of it to draw flat, setting up, section system in the building, and link up the organic one between these. Structure calculate adopt structure electricity calculate and calculate and combine together by hand, electricity it charges to be main fact, Hands are calculated in order to complement. Calculate the software through the spacious mansion, reduced the calculating amount greatly, has improved the speed of operation. Calculate by hand at first, finish loading and calculating; Electricity regard as begin, finish floor, times of calculation of roof beam, The floor matches the muscle, the form construction drawing of roof beam. Through the design of several months, get 2 plane figures, a piece of elevation finally, A section system, a floor mixes muscle pictures.

第一章 引言

1.1 设计说明

配合****区的建设发展，适应人民生活水平的提高，特别是住房的改善，拟在沈阳铁西区内建一幢住宅楼。它主要包括商场，住宅部分。1-2层为商场，3-12层为住宅。住宅部分分为大.中.小户型，以供购房者选购。

1.2 基本要求

⑴认真贯彻“适用，安全，经济，美观”的设计原则。

⑵掌握建筑与结构设计全过程，基本方法和步骤；了解和掌握与本设计有关

的设计规范和规定，并在设计中正确运用它们。

⑶在建筑设计中，认真处理好结构与建筑的总体与细部关系。

⑷在结构设计中，正确选择合理的结构形式，结构体系和结构布置，掌握结

构的计算方法和基本构造要求。

⑸认真编写设计说明书，计算书，并绘制相应的设计图纸。

1.3自然条件

⑴建筑场地：建筑基地地形平坦，处于繁华地带，周围有已建和拟建建

筑物，场地东西长110米，南北长55米，场地南侧有城市主干道，东侧有次干道，交通便利。

⑵土壤冻结深度：-1.2m。 ⑶地下水位：-10m,无侵蚀性； ⑷抗震设防烈度：7度。

⑸风荷载，雪荷载：ω=0.50KN/m，活荷载标准值1.5KN/m 。

⑹地质情况：场地的地层自上而下分四层，①杂填土：±0.00—-0.50

米；②沙质黏土：-0.50—— -2.50米, fk=160kpa；③中粗沙：-2.50—— -4.50米,fk=210kpa；④粗沙：-4.50以下,fk=270kpa

⑴建筑面积：21000平方米 ±5% ⑵建筑层数：主体12层，裙房2层 。
