Roles of Entertainment

With the developing of nowadays economic and the improvement of living standard, there are a growing number of new entertainment forms have emerged. They can be divided into two parts. One is indoor entertainment and the other is outdoor entertainment. Indoor entertainment includes watching TV, playing mahjong or cards, playing computer games, singing Karaoke, doing yoga, etc. And for outdoor entertainment, there includes traveling, climbing, sports, gardening, etc.

It is no doubt that entertainment plays a vital role in our life. Life is full of pressure and anxiety. Everyone is too busy with their life, such as commuter to work in morning and under much pressure of work, time to time to have a business trip to meet clients or even work overtime to finish a proposal. It seems that 24 hours is not enough for them. No much time for them to do exercise or have a good rest and even to stay with families. It would make them felt tired and depress. So when they are in leisure time, entertainment is the best way to relies stress and renew their energy.

As for me, I fond of sleeping and prefer indoor entertainment like chatting with friends or families. It is a very good time for me to empty my mind and regain energy.
