Abstract:ThispaperwillexploretheviabilityofChina'ssocialsecuritycombinewitheducationlevel,ontheintrinsicrelationship

betweenurban/ruralsocialsecurityandeducationlevel,andtofurtherdevelopanddeepenthereformofeducationoftransitionperiod.Throughresearchandanalysiswefoundthat:First,inthetransitionperiodthereisunevendevelopmentanddisparitiesandotherissuesbetweenurban/ruralareasanddifferentregionsofeducationlevel;Second,thesocialsecurityplaysaregulatoryroletotheeducationlevel;Third,educationlevelhasanimpactonsocialsecurityoptimization,narrowingthewealthgapandsocialdisparities.Throughcointegrationmodelbuilding，preliminaryqualitativeandquantitativeanalysiswasdone.Theconclusionwasdrawnthatthemanagementshouldincreasetransferpaymentswithabalancedmodestsoastocontributethedevelopmentandimprovementofeducation,toadjustthestructureofeducationandtrainingmodel,andgraduallynarrowthegapbetweenurbanandruraleducationlevel,toachievebalanceddevelopmentofurbanandruraleducationlevel,tomakeeducationservethemarketeconomybetter,toeliminatethefactorsofdisharmony,andpromoteharmonioussocialdevelopment.
