Abstract
The boiler water of thermal power plant often contains a lot of dissolved gases,such as oxygen、carbon dioxide and so on, but the most damage of which is oxygen. Steel pipes and heating equipments with oxygen will have more oxygen erosions,which form a major threat to the safety and reliability of the entire thermal system. Deaerator as the main equipment,played an important role to ensure the security,reliability and operational life of thermal system. Therefore,how to ensure the effect of thermal deaerator is a very meaningful work.
This paper mainly checks thermal heat transfer process of the spray zone of 300 MW unit according to on the basic principles of spray - fill-Deaerator.From studying heat and mass transfer process on the spray - fill-deaerator and the rotary film deaerator we compare the results and analyze the constant pressure of runningsliding pressure on the operation of thermal effects and deaerator for the entire unit of economi cimpact.Through verification,comparison and analysis,in the adequate heating steam circumstances,the spray-fill-deaerator can quickly heatpressure basicaly ensure the operation of Deaerator effects,but heat
economy worse. Contrary to the former,sliding pressure of running is good, but when the load suddenly changes it can not guarantee Deaerator effect.
