AXENS-PetroRiser

PetroRiser technology incorporates a second riserinto the RFCC

complex. The light cracked naphtha produced in the first riseris sent to AXENS-石油提升管

an independent cracking riser, enabling each riser to be operated

independently, thereby providing optimal conditionsto enable both

high propylene production and reduce delta coke make.

PetroRiser produces 12 wt% propylenecompared to a classical

RFCC, which produces about 5 wt%.

石油提升管技术将第二段提升管加入了催化裂解全套设备。在第一

段提升管中产生的轻裂化石脑油被送到一段独立的裂解提升管，使每

段提升管能够独立运作，因而提供优化的条件，既能产出大量丙烯，

又能减少焦炭差。

石油提升管技术生产12wt%的丙烯，相比之下经典的催化裂解生

产大约5wt%.
