遇水后能迅速膨胀、崩解,混悬液在一定时间内较稳
定,体外溶出度实验表明,分散片的溶出度远快于普通片。本处方完全采用国产辅料,来源易于保证;分散片的制备工艺简单,可采用普通片剂的生产设备生产,用适宜的辅料及制剂工艺制备分散片,可提高难溶性药物的生物利用度。

Abstract:Objective:Toselectoptimalcomposingoftheprescriptionofibuprofensoliddispersiontabletbyinvestigatingtheinfluenceofseveraldisintegrantstodisintegratetimelimited.Methods:UsingtheorthogonaldesignforselectingthebestamountsofCMS2Na,MCC,theappearanceoftablets,dissolutionrate,suspensibilityanddisintegrationtimewereasindex.Results:Thedissolutionofthattabletswasfast,couldbecompletelyformintosuspension,whichcouldscreenthroughthe710Λmmesh.Conclusion:ThequalityofibuprofendispersibletabletismostlyrelatedtotheamountsofCMS2Na,MCCandthebinderetc.eachindexofthattabletsconformstothedesign.Keywords:ibuprofen;dispersibletablets;orthogonaldesign(上接73页)

Abstract:Objective:ToestablishmethodtoidentifyPeganumharmalaL.andPeganumnigellastrumBge.Methods:BoththeHPLCandTLCwereemployedtoidentifyPeganumharmalaL.andPeganumnigellastrumBge.Results:TheresultsofHPLCandTLCshowedthattherewerealotofharmalineintherootofPeganumnigellastrumBge.buttherewasnoharmalineintherootofPeganumharmalaL.WhilethecontentofharminewashigherthanthatofharmalineinseedofPeganumharmalaL.,andthelevelofharmalinewashigherthanthatofharmineinseedofPeganumnigellastrumBge.Conclusions:TheHPLCandTLCcouldbeusedtoidentifyPeganumharmalaL.andPeganumnigellastrumBge.
