1.1编制依据
⑴《北京地铁15号线俸伯站及站东明挖区间地质雷达空洞探测报告》工程编号:2010探测001 2010.03.12。
⑵《北京地铁15号线俸伯站及站东明挖区间地质雷达检测报告》工程编号:2010探测001-1 2010.03.26。
⑶《地铁15#线07标段地下空洞不密实区高密度电阻法探测工作报告》2010.03 ⑷ 2010年3月18日07标段降水方案技术咨询会专家意见。
1.2编制原则
在深刻理解工程特点、重点与难点的基础上,按照“技术领先、资源可靠、施工科学、组织合理、措施得力”的指导思想,遵循下列原则编制本方案。 1.2.1应急抢险原则
以基坑及周边交通环境安全为重点,结合本工程特点与实际情况,制定切实可行、有效的技术措施,建立完整的应急救援体系和控制程序,施工过程严格管理与控制,确保周边环境及基坑施工安全。 1.2.2工期保障原则
科学组织施工,合理配置资源,使各项分部工程施工衔接有序,充分利用本项目的资源,以确保总体施工计划的实现,确保总工期。 1.2.3技术可靠性原则
根据本工程特点,利用本单位既有工程施工技术、管理方法等成熟经验,编制可靠性高、可操作性强的施工技术方案进行施工,确保工程安全、优质、按期地完成。 1.2.4经济合理性原则
针对工程的实际情况,本着可靠、经济、合理的原则制定施工方案,并合理配备资源,施工过程实施动态管理,使工程施工达到既经济又优质的目标。 1.2.5环保原则
充分调查了解工程周边环境情况,施工紧密结合环境保护进行。合理布置施工场地,加强施工过程环境控制,减少空气、噪音污染,杜绝排放污水、丢弃垃圾等对环境的污染,维护交通运输。积极响应北京市的号召,建设“绿色工地”,实施“环保施工”。 1.2.6人文施工的原则
以人为本,维护和保障施工人员的安全与健康,建造和谐工地。

2.1工程概况
俸伯站及站东明挖区间位于潮白河东岸、顺平辅线下,潮白陵园南侧,车站总长258.2m,西段设右线盾构井,总长55.613m;站东明挖区间位于车站东端,沿顺平辅线布置,总长度约590m。
2.2设计概况
围护结构除俸伯站盾构井加深段为φ1000@1400钻孔桩+φ800、t=14mm的钢支撑外,其余为φ800@1200钻孔桩+φ800、t=14mm(站东明挖区间第一道支撑为φ609、t=14mm)的钢支撑,钻孔桩嵌入基底深度约6.7m;采用基坑外管井降水+基坑内疏干井降水的方法疏干开挖范围内土层的地下水。
2.3目前施工情况
俸伯站西端110m范围开挖见底,现已进入主体结构施工阶段,其中左线盾构井、渡线区间及右线盾构井处底板混凝土已浇筑完毕,军便梁以东68m范围实施放坡开挖;站东明挖区间东段基坑土方开挖范围长约139m,其中东端40m范围开挖至地面下15m。
2.4基坑周边地层情况
在对已开挖的基坑周边地层经两次地质雷达空洞探测及一次高密度电阻法探测后显示地下有19处明显异常,其中土质疏松10处,严重疏松5处,疑似空洞4处,共19处。详见表2.01异常点综合统计表,平面位置见图2-01所示。
