课程目的：使学生通过本课程的学习,在英语口语方面,具备从事涉外导游工作的能力。 课程任务：完成涉外导游工作的整个过程的英语口语的学习。 二、教学基本要求

学生通过本课程的学习，掌握涉外导游工作的外语知识以及跨文化交际的文化背景知识、具备从事涉外导游工作的能力，具有处理紧急状况的能力和随机应变的素质。
