教育国际化背景下高校教师教学与
科研能力的协调发展

摘
教师教学与要：在教育国际化的背景下，具有国际化教育教学能力的师资是高校教育国际化的关键，
科研能力的协调发展也成为高校共同面对的问题。通过分析高校教师在教学与科研能力的发展中存在的问题，论述了高校教师应该具备的教学能力和科研能力，同时兼顾二者的协调发展是高校教育国际化的重中之重。建议在推进教育国际化进程中，高校管理要为教师提供良好的国际化教学科研环境，并能够做到科学规范管理，为教师教学科研的协调发展创造条件。关键词：教育国际化；教学能力；科研能力；协调发展中图分类号：G463

Abstract：Underthebackgroundofeducationalinternationalization，teacherswitheducationalandteachingcapabilityarethekeytotheinternationaleducationinuniversities．Thecoordinateddevelopmentofteachers'teachingandscientificresearchabilityisaproblemthatalluniversitiesareconfrontedwith．Thisarticleanalysestheproblemsregardingthedevelopmentoftheteachingandscientificresearchabilityofuniversityteachers，anddiscussestheeducationalandteachingcapabilitythatuniversityteachersshouldhave，andstressestheimportanceofthecoordinateddevelopmentofthetwoabilities．Itisrecommendedthatuniversitiesshouldprovideteacherswithgoodinternationalenvironmentforeducationandteaching，beabletodoscientificandstandardizedmanagementandcreateconditionsforthecoordinateddevelopmentofteachers＇teachingandscientificresearchability．
