摘 要 在分析长江三峡水库水环境概况及存在问题的基础上，阐述了三峡水库水环境保护的意义及目的，归纳了三峡水库水环境保护情况，提出了进一步搞好三峡水库水环境保护的有关对策：大力开展宣传和教育工作，提高公众对水环境保护的共识和参与积极性；制定完善水环境保护总体规划及配套规划，建立健全保护工作机制；及时研究、出台水环境保护法规，依法有序开展保护工作；采取综合措施加强水环境保护工作；加强科研工作，利用科技支撑提高水环境保护效益；及时研究水环境保护工作中的重大问题及新问题，进行理论创新、科技创新、政策创新和管理创新。

Abstract In this thesis, the water environment situation and the problems of Three Gorges Reservoir Area, as well as the significance and purposes of the water environment conservation is analyzed firstly. The situation on the water environment conservation in Three Gorges Reservoir is summed up. Then, the further improved count measures are proposed: Vigorously develop the propaganda and the education work, enhance the public to the protection and the participation enthusiasm; formulate and perfect water environment protection overall programming and the supporting programming, establish and improve this protection work mechanism; research and work out some related laws and regulations promptly, develop water environment protection legally and orderly; take comprehensive measures to strengthen water environment protection; strengthen the scientific research work, enhance the water environment protection benefit by using the scientific and technological support; timely research the important issues and the new problems of the work, carry on the theory innovation, the technical innovation, policy innovation and the management innovation.
