WCX NP1.7 4.6 x 50 mm. Mobile phase A: 10 mM sodium phosphate buffer pH 6.0 and B: A + 1.0 M NaCl. The gradient was 10-100% B in 25 minutes with a 15 minute prewash. Flow rate was 0.5 mL/min. UV detection was set at 214 nm. 5 µL of sample was injected and the sample is a mixture of Ribonuclease A, Aprotinin and Lysozyme (1 mg/mL each).
