4.6 x 100 mm. Mobile phase A: 20 mM Sodium phosphate pH 7.5 and B: A + 1 M NaCl. Flow rate was 0.4 mL/min. UV detection was set at 280 nm. 2 µL of MAb 016 was injected for each run (11 mg/mL).
