效率需要进行以下两项改革：第一，国有银行真正

必须进行财务重组、优化股权结构，实现商业化，

摆脱政府的控制和干预，实行更有效的公司治理

和激励机制，从内部来提高银行业效率。第二，应允许越来越多的股份制银行进入市场与国有银行竞争，通过市场竞争从外部提升银行业效率。本文仅仅评价了商业银行的效率，而影响效率的各种因素并未进行深入研究，股权结构、金融创新、外资战略投资者的引入等各种因素如何影响银行效率将是我们下一步研究关注的焦点。

Abstract：Currently，bankingefficiencyresearchisoneofthekeysubjectsoffinancialindustryandsupervisiondepartments．AmethodforestimatingbankingX－efficiencybyusingtheparametricmethodwasproposedtheinputandoutputitemsweredeter-minedbyadoptingthemodifiedoutputmethod．ThentheefficiencyconditionofChina’s17commercialbanksfrom1996to2006wasempiricallyanalyzed．TheresultofempiricalanalysisdemonstratesthatimprovingtheprofitabilityofChinesecommercialbankswillbeanimportantwaytoenhanceefficiency．
