universities in Germany charge little or no tuition from students, including foreign students The fact is that Germanic government has paid the bill for all the students there. So now I'm going to use 4 pieces of evidence to present my argument: local education benefits a lot from the waiver of tuition fee.

Firstly, as there are plenty of students who enter the university with a high mark but a poor family, tuition fee waiver will prevent them from the stress of financial strain and turn their energy to the academic research instead of thinking about a part-time job. In this way, the academic achievement of the local education will be pushed in a higher level.

The second piece of evidence is that tuition fee waiver can stop universities' plan of enrolling more students in order to get more money from government. Only if the amount of student is controlled in a proper level, will the quality of both teaching and students be ensure.

Moreover, if the government carries most of the university fees, the low payment will attract a large number of foreign students. As a consequence, the popularity of the country's education will be enhanced.

Last but not the least, as the high government grant shows the high value that the government paid on the education, it will raise the concern of the education among all sectors of the society. Therefore, the development of the local education will be promoted in an all-around way.

From these four pieces of evidence, we can see that tuition fee

waiver play an important role in ensuring the teaching quality and students' condition of universities. There is no doubt that

government grants can push a country's education to develop fast and healthily.
