鲜活水产品的运输包装设计
摘要
目前,国内外市场对水产品的需求量与日俱增,中国幅员辽阔,南北海岸线长,尤其是在远离海岸线的内地,城乡居民吃活海鲜更难。因此,如何实现南鱼北运、北鱼南调、东西互运等,确保水产品的鲜活运输,已成为人们关注的焦点。本文水产品的几种代表作为研究对象进行研究分析运输中所遇到的一些问题以及解决方案。解决的方案从包装成本,包装效果以及货架寿命作为出发点,保证水产品在运输过程中不会受到各个方面的伤害以及保证水产品到达目的地时的鲜活度。

Fresh aquatic foods transport packaging design
Abstract
At present, the growing domestic and international market demand for aquatic products, China is a vast coastline of North and South,especially away from the coastline of the mainland urban and rural residents to eat live seafood harder to .Therefore, how to achieve the Southern Fish Transported north, fish north south ,something interoperability to ensure that the live transportation of aquatic products , has become the focus of attention . This article is the aquatic representatives of some of the problems and solutions encountered in the transport of the analysis.The solution to the problem as a starting point from the cost of packaging ,packing effects , as well as shelf life to ensure that the aquatic products during transport will not be in all aspects of injury and to ensure that the aquatic destination fresh.
