应用氧弹燃烧-离子色谱法测定食用油中氟含量。食用油在过量氧气的氧弹中完全燃烧,释放的氟离子被吸收液吸收后,采用离子色谱法测定溶液中氟离子。本方法对样品的前处理以及色谱条件等进行了考察,最佳实验条件为:食用油在氧弹燃烧时氧气压力为1.0MPa;吸收液为Na2CO3溶液2mL;淋洗液为碳酸盐混合液,流速为1.0 mL/min;再生液为50 mmol/L H2SO4。氟离子在0.1~100μg/g范围内线性关系良好,标准曲线相关系数为0.9996; 方法的相对
