1.概述

1.1.工程概况

水库地处,主要建筑物有主坝和溢洪道。主、副坝均采用沥青混凝土心墙土石坝,主坝顶高程m,最大坝高30.0m;主坝右岸设自溢竖井式溢洪道,结合导流洞改造而成。上水库正常蓄水位m,死水位m,调节库容m3,死库容万m3,总库容m3。

坝顶宽度8.0m。坝顶上游设防浪墙,下游设L型挡墙。大坝上游坝坡为1:30;下游坝坡为1:2.7,高程555.00m处设一马道,马道宽度为4m。沥青混凝土心墙位于大坝上游侧,心墙中心桩号坝0+002.200m,为厚0.5m的等厚心墙。当沥青混凝土心墙部位坝基全风化层厚度大于5m时,采用混凝土防渗墙连接;对于主坝右岸全强风化较薄部位,采用混凝土基座连接,基础开挖至弱风化基岩。沥青混凝土心墙采用底部端头加厚平接方式,接触面设沥青马蹄脂及一道铜止水。

坝体填筑料分区从上游至下游依次为:干砌块石护坡、碎石垫层、上游全强风化料区、上游过渡区、沥青混凝土心墙、下游过渡区、下游全强风化料区和下游坝面草皮护坡,心墙上下游过渡层水平宽度均为2.0m。另外下游坝基清坡后设0.5m厚的中砂反滤层,反滤层与全强风化料间设2.0m厚碎石层,作为下游坝体排水体。

上游护坡区:上游边坡设一级坡,坡比为1∶3.0,采用干砌块石护坡。干砌块石层厚0.5m,石料粒径30cm~50cm;其底部为级配碎石垫层兼反滤层,厚度0.5m,石料粒径为0.5cm~8cm。护坡所需石料均从石料场取料,为新鲜花岗岩,其中碎石料由人工扎制而成。

1.2.编制依据

1)、上、下游全强风化料区:全强风化料采用上水库进出水口、溢洪道、库岸防护、备用料场等建筑物开挖土石料。全风化料碾压后强度指标要求干容重不小于1.68t/m3,强风化料碾压后强度指标要求干容重不小于

1.91t/m3。设计上、下游全强风化区填筑料级配见下表

粒径范围(mm) 占总重百分比(%) 5~2 34 2~0.5 26.2 0.5~0.25 4.9 0.25~0.075 5.9 0.075~0.005 11 <0.005 18 2)、过渡料:为沥青混凝土心墙两边提供均匀支撑,满足心墙与坝壳料之间变形的过渡要求,且具有良好的排水性和渗透稳定性,满足施工要求的承载力。过渡料由新鲜花岗岩人工扎制而成,最大粒径为80mm,小于5mm粒径含量为25%~40%,小于0.075mm粒径含量不超过5%,级配连续,碾压后强度指标要求干容重不小于2.15t/m3。设计过渡料级配见下表

坝基清理后,在坝基与排水体之间设0.5m厚的中砂反滤层。碾压后要求干容重2.21 t/m3。设计中砂反滤层级配见下表
