摘要

福建是一个多山的省份，水利作为国民经济的重要基础设施.本文章主要通过对福建省农田水利建设现状的分析，发现所存在的各方面的问题，如：财政投入不足，工程建设不完善等，并对问题进行具体的分析提出征对性且有效可行的方案。最后，思考方案在我省的可行性及如何运作，同时思考在未来农田水利建设的发展同时我们应该注意那些问题。

Fujian is a mountainous provinces, the water to the national economy as a important infrastructure. This article mainly in fujian province in irrigation and water conservancy construction through the analysis of the present situation of the existing found that all kinds of questions, such as: financial investment, less imperfect engineering construction, and to specific analysis of sex and effective for feasible scheme. Finally, think about the feasibility of the scheme in our province and how they work, and at the same time thinking in the future development of irrigation and water conservancy construction at the same time we should pay attention to those problems.
