Abstract
Abstract In recent years, with the rapid development of printing and dyeing industry, the growing use of various dyes, in everyday life that contain complex elements of printing and dyeing wastewater discharge into the environment, cause serious pollution. Printing and dyeing wastewater has become a key pollution sources of waters in our country.
This topic with Congo red, bromophenol blue as simulated printing and dyeing wastewater, respectively with fly ash under different pH and chitosan and modified fly ash was carried out on the simulated printing and dyeing wastewater treatment, including hydrochloric acid modified fly ash processing when the optimal pH of 6, this experiment adopts the conventional denitrification reaction, all the process in a sequencing batch type bioreactor (SBR). During the experiment to simulate the indicators of printing and dyeing wastewater were determined, and the experimental results show that the best treatment effect, NH4+-N concentration is 1.5 mg/L, the removal rate up to 80%; Total nitrogen removal rate can reach 50%, the DO value between 3.18~3.25, COD concentration of 79 mg/L.
