ABSTRACT
HaempohilusParasusi(HPs)istheetiologicalagentofPorcineGlsser,SDisease,which
bycaninvadeandcauseseveresystemicdisease,characterizedisafibrinouspolyserositis,arthritisandmeningitis.HPskindofNAD—dependent,non-motion,Grma.negmive,rod—shapedbaeterium.whichbelongstothefamilyofPastteuerllaeeae,thegenusHaemophilus.ThehigherprevalenceofHPsinintensivepigfarmshasbecomethemainreasonforthehighmortalityofyoungpigsandledtothehugeeconomiclosses.
ThreePartshavebeenineludedinthisexperiment:
1.Theoperationofpureculture,dyeandobservation。andbiochemicalexperimentof20isolatesofHPsfrom32pigfarmsofDezhoucountywereinvestigated.Theresultsshowedthattheculturalcharacteristics,pattemsofstructureandbasicbiologicalcharacteristicsofthe20strainsarebasicallV
PCRconsistentwiththepublishedinformationofHPs.16srRNA-baSed
areconfirmedtheisolatesanddemonstratedthatthebacteriaassignedtoHPs.
TheresultsindicatedthatHPsisprevalentinDezhoucountyofShandongProvince.
2.TheresultofASTshowedthatthe20isolatesofHPsareinsusceptibleforTerramycin,Streptomycin,TetracyclineandLincomycin,butsusceptibleforCefiazidim,Cefliofur,Ofloxacin,DoxycyclineandCiprofloxacin.3.StudyongrouthcurveofDZ02isolateshowedthatthenumberof
